Clear State Solutions specialises in all aspects of the repair and maintenance of the complete Bio-Rad and Perkin Elmer ranges of confocal microscopes. Our knowledge and experience is well known and documented throughout the region. This is your assurance of our competance to repair your instrument in a timely and cost effective manner.

Service is usually performed "on site". Only rarely, in cases of major damage, is it necessary to return the instrument to Clear State Solutions laboratory facilities for more detailed or extensive repairs.

We have a large range of spare parts and close associations with some of the parts manufacturers. We see no reason why we cannot reliably maintain your instrument for the foreseeable future.

With our laboratory facilities it is possible for us to manufacture special adapters and modifications so that you can continue to benefit from the latest in micsrosopy technology while keeping your current system in perfect condition.

We are often asked to supply service contracts. Clear State Solutions does not offer service contracts, we offer something much better . We have always believed that service contracts benefit only the supplier, never the customer since you have to pay the full amount "up front" and then hope the supplier honours the agreement.

To that end, we offer price guarantees. If you want you confocal or laser system maintained on a regular basis (very wise), we will agree to take the responsibility for this at a fixed fee per visit.

ll we do is agree with you on the best times and numbers of service visits and what extent of service you want, agree a fixed price for this and then schedule the visits. After that, you can confidently forget about the maintenance of your instrument in the knowledge that it's become our concern. You only pay after each visit AND if you are completely satisfied with our service. What could be simpler?

This depends on the required service. Clear State Solutions fees are $110.00 per hour plus GST (if applicable) at present. Parts are charged at cost plus 10%, other expenses are charged at cost.
