I am happy to know that Mr. Allan will provide service for Bio-Rad's confocal system from recently. I have been looking forward to it for a long time.

I get to known Allan since we bought our Bio-Rad multiphoton microscope (MRC-1024MP) seven yeas ago. He installed almost the whole complicated system by himself alone at that time which gave me very deep impression. He showed high skills in servicing the confocal and multiphoton system. As we are not familiar with confocal system at that time, he showed us how to measure the specifications of the system with great patience. During the installation, he is very strict to himself. He pursued perfect performance of the system and himself. He did not warranty any unsatisfactory. After the installation, we met a couple of times. He came to Wuhan to train new users or to maintain the machine. Each time he gave me the same impression of serious and warm-hearted. He is really an expert in Bio-Rad confocal and two-photon system. Recently he helped us find and solve a hardware problem in our MRC-1024MP system by email. We feel comfortable with our MRC-1024MP system when Mr. Allan decide to work with us.
